Austin continues to reach new heights with the HKS-designed Wilson Tower, a soaring project with the cache of the city’s latest supertall. The 80-story residential skyscraper will rise 1,035 feet above the city and is as abundant with innovation as it is tall.

Launching an inclusive fitness studio in Brooklyn

Morit Summers is a celebrity trainer, curvy/fit thought leader, Instagram tastemaker, and one of the first to democratize fitness. With the launch of her brick and mortar training location, Form Fitness in Brooklyn, we set out to make Morit the face of inclusive fitness. The launch of Form Fitness was about strength, body love, and inclusivity. EveryBODY is welcome. 

Encouraging play and Curiousity through design

The Cayton Children’s Museum’s vibrant branding, signage, and wayfinding strategy were designed by Agency PR’s client Altitude Design Office, based in Los Angeles. It was our job to create ongoing visibility in both local and national publications, in hopes of procuring new clients for Altitude as well as general visibility and thought leadership positioning. 

KFI STUDIOS: THE MOST SUSTAINABLE SEAT IN THE OFFICE

Kentucky-based furniture manufacturer, KFI Studios, reached out to Agency PR to help them strategize a media relations plan for a new product launch, Vale, that they planned to launch at NeoCon 2023.

Agency PR's team led the effort in Chicago and attended the conference, helping to guide KFI Studios’ CEO through interviews with the press.

 

UCO STUDIO TAKES CENTER STAGE

How does an architecture firm that has been around for 85-years launch a new arm of their business that is simultaneously fresh and new? We were up for the challenge. Our team launched interior hospitality powerhouse, UCO Studio, the interiors arm of world-renowned architectural firm, OBMI.

University of Colorado Denver’s College of Architecture and Planning (CAP)’s core values express that when real people and real projects come together, the result is a real difference in the world. We couldn’t agree more. We helped CAP develop its first-ever marketing and communications plan which emphasized these values by showcasing the many facets of the college’s program and highlighting their accomplishments.  

Spotlighting spectacular design in jackson hole

This one-of-a-kind 15,000 square foot residence is located on a secluded 10-acre site on the banks of the Snake River in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Drawing inspiration from the adjacent braided and ever-changing river channels, the precise layout of this house, designed by nationally-recognized and beloved architect Stephen Dynia of Dynia Architects creates a unique relationship to the site from each room, as well as dynamic views and spatial experiences.

 

LAUNCHING THE SECOND TALLEST MASS-TIMBER HIGH RISE IN THE COUNTRY

Return to Form is a boutique, nature-driven high-rise apartment building located in the center of the River North Art (RiNo) District of Denver, Colorado. Return to Form employs an environmentally-conscious construction type that maximizes residents’ connection to nature while significantly reducing its carbon footprint.

VITRAFORM THINK GLOBAL, ACT LOCAL

For nearly 50 years, Vitraform, creators of the first-glass sink, had made their names known across the globe. From Florida to Dubai, the company had positioned itself in the market as a leading luxury sink manufacturer. But when it came time for the founders to sell the company, they realized that they had neglected decades of marketing and media connections, as well as establishing roots in their own backyard.

CUTTING EDGE SUSTAINABILITY GOES MAINSTREAM

We set out to tell the story of the design and development of the PAE Living Building by ZGF. At first blush the building may seem ordinary — its design fits seamlessly within the context of Portland’s Old Town Historic District, but the magic is seen when you “pop the hood” -- only there can one start to understand the underlying mission of the building: to make cutting edge sustainable design normal. This isn’t just your run-of-the-mill office building. The PAE building marks the moment when cutting-edge sustainability goes mainstream.
